FAQ

SHIPPING: We ship usps priority mail every  Thursday via USPS. Please allow 5-7 days for your delivery.  Each item is packed in a gift box.

RETURNS: We issue store credit or exchange only in the first 14 days.

REPAIRS: We repair all items for free for the first 60 days as long as it is a defect from manufacturing. Please contact us will all other repairs and we will send you details and fees.

HOURS: We are available online Monday through Friday from 10-4pm for questions. Please note if you email us after these hours we will contact you on the next business day.

LOCATIONS:  Sheer Addiction Jewelry has open studio hours on Thursdays from 10-2 (check the Facebook fan page for hours).  Sheer Addiction Jewelry was formerly located in the back of La Rue Marche in downtown Hudson, WI.  It is now located directly upstairs from La Rue Marche in the Dania Hall building.  The studio address is 511 2nd street, Suite 202, Hudson, WI.
